Brosh: Clay Pomade

This is Brosh's high-hold matte finish clay pomade. Upon opening the can, you'll immediately notice this unique approach to a matte pomade, with it's soft, creamy texture, which quickly becomes dry and tacky once you begin to warm it up. The smell is really nice as well. A clean, fresh, leafy fragrance called "Fresh Green". The Brosh line fragrances don't linger for long, but they definitely make getting ready an experience you'l look forward to!

Who should use it: This is an ideal product for thick, coarse, unruly hair. 
Fine hair might feel weighed down and "goopy" with this one. (Try Brosh Feather Weight Fiber Pomade)

When to use it: This is a personal favorite for super dialed-in classics (sans shine) like side-parts, pompadours, slick-backs, etc. It's also my go-to for super messy textured looks. 

How to use it: My favorite products are those I can apply directly to damp hair: Hop out of the shower, towel-dry to the point I'm not dripping wet, apply product, and roll out! Brosh Clay Pomade works best in this scenario! Scoop out about a dime sized dollop, warm between your hands until you feel a bit of tackiness, then use your fingertips to comb the product through your hair from root to ends (remember, hold and volume comes from the root, not the ends!!) brush/comb/or hand style to desired shape and leave it alone to air dry. EASY! 

Pro-tip: If blow-drying, try a lower speed and heat setting. High heat and a ton of moving air can make this product kind of frizzy. Less is more, my man!
